Mohit did his Advanced Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery from NCHMCT and has done his (Bachelors) B.sc in Hotel Management from Punjab Technical University. He has tremendous National and International experience in Hotels and Catering industry like InterContinental Hotels Group, Bisque, Sarovar and Hyatt hotels. Chef Mohit has been a part of 3 International Pre-openings including Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi an iconic building, a Guiness World Records-certified structure which inclines a record breaking 18 degrees. His area of expertise is in Artisan French Breads and Baguettes, Croissants and danish, traditional Brioche, Puff pastry, fondant art, Pâtissier and its art, etc.. He has completed Basic Food and Hygiene course & follow HACCP. He completed PIC ( Person In Charge ) training Level 3 and achieved a Merit pass by Government of Dubai and also has been awarded for hard work, exceptional performance & guest satisfaction, complaint handling etc. He is an Certified Departmental Trainer as well.
