ABOUT THE COURSE:

  • 3-year intensive program designed for students who wish to make career in Bakery Science and Technology. Students can inculcate the skills required for bakery industry start from degree program.

ELIGIBILITY:

Sr. Secondary (10+2) with PCB and with minimum 55% marks.

COURSE STRUCTURE:

The objectives of BSc is to strengthen the students for bakery industry apart from other food sector. The Program covers all the aspects of Bakery & Patisserie products from formulation to processing of all types of bakery products and extensive study of all sciences related to food.

CAREER OPPORTUNITY:

Students successfully completing the program will be ready for Junior management bakery industry career, in large, medium, artisan units, and in related businesses internationally. They will be ready for placement in:
